The Academy is fully funded and open to undergraduate and graduate students in the Faculty of Science at McMaster University. The Academy is designed specifically for aspiring and emerging leaders who are on the start of their leadership journey. No previous leadership experience is required – just a willingness to learn.

The Academy is generously supported by a $2.7 million dollar gift from McMaster alumnae Susan Cunningham. The Susan Cunningham Science Leadership Academy will offer a year-long, intensive leadership program designed for undergraduate and graduate students identified as emerging leaders in their fields.
